I love how they're listing all personality traits in their desired man and yet the man would most likely only be caring about the women's looks. Shows the female mind is way more articulate and in-depth than the male's.
@LilyBlueRoman yes its psycological evolution where men basically just want healthy partners to "plant" their seeds, and good-looking women deliver that kind of image. While women have limited number of eggs in their ovary, they want to protect them and make the best choice possible, so they evolved to be picky.
