@aztecwarriorize I believe it was Retroactive. The main difference was that this version featured Pete Willis on guitar, while the re-done version featured Phil Collen.
@Autobotjazz110 It was single of sorts, with 3 songs, Getcha Rocks Off, Ride into the Sun and The Overture. The band paid for the initial pressing and used it to get their music to DJ's so that they could be played on the radio. It was the first official release by the band before On Through The Night. It was not an album, it was an EP which is short for Extended Play, meaning it has more songs than a single, but not enough for an official full length LP or album.
lyrics typical of the time......I thought Def were half decent poets on songs like Overture and 'Walls Come Tumbling Down, but they didn't really write like that anymore after the first album.
@AndrewNewZealand i agree with u man i thought the lyrics were pretty gd on on through the night im an early def leppard fan i like anything from on through the night to pyromania

@JustAnotherKissFan If that's code for saying "Pyromania and Hysteria weren't any good" just say so.
However wrong such a statement is.

This early stuff was their best stuff. The EP, On Through The Night, and High N Dry.
