i see Rubio as being a toned down Rajon Rondo, which isnt bad if you ask me. on a team that can score as good as anyone he doesnt need to be a threat, but he DOES need to work on his jump shot so he can one day be a threat. if Rubio can get a jumpshot he will be great. without the Jumpshot he will still do fine. His passing alley-oops to Wes Johnson, Michael Beasley, Anthony Randolph and Derrick Williams will make him very likeable here in the States

I don't understand why people so hyped about him??? He's amazingly overrated. He's a good passer, but thats it! He can't shoot and he scores like 2 points a game. He played terribly for barcelona and even worse for national team. Nba guards gonna own him. Minnesota made a mistake drafting him. For last two or three years his game is going downhill... In eurobasket 2011 all the guards was owning him. You can't be a pg in the nba if you not scoring, unless you are J. Kidd (he can shoot though).

@evaldasibm Kidd couldnt shoot early in his career, Tyreke Evans aint great of a shooter, Rajon Rondo, Tony Parker was average when he first came in, Andre Miller was average too and hes still a very solid PG and under rated. you can be a good PG without scoring, hes only 20yrs old. yeah hes only averaging 2pts and 4 assists over there but with the Wolves hes gonna play with real athletic talented players

@ryanneuman1 In Eurobasket Rubio made 1 of 13 threepointers or something. I was watching his most of the games and to be honest i really doubt he's gonna make it in nba. Kidd, Parker, Evans, etc. was scoring big time, they were leaders as soon they stepped on the court. @ryanneuman1 Steve Nash only averaged around 7 points and 5-6 assits per in his first 4 seasons in the NBA. then look how he turned out. i think if i were someone who didnt know Minnesotas offensive capabilites i would think the exact thing. but ive been watching them since i was 5 years old and their new coach Rick Adelman will be great. alot of young talented athletic players on this team, Rubio will fit nicely in time. i dont expect much his first yr here, i just want him to work hard

@ryanneuman1 Nash was also backing up another HOF PG in Kidd for those years. I think Rubio has a big impact. With Adelman they could run the classic Kings offense and could start Rubio at the 2 guard and Jonny Flynn at PG. Rubio is almost the same size as Doug Christie was and could be a great fit for him playing off the ball. That entire Kings team were great passers and cutters where they all had to be able to see the floor like a point guard. this team is talented enough to play that way.
