I have been a Genesis fan for 30 years and this just blew my mind. On two chairs?!?! I am in awe. One time I thought I had lousy seats to a Genesis concert behind the band, and it turned out to be the best. I got to see these two do this. . .and Tony with his magic fingers.

Not quite sure what you're saying 'kylehudson00' but this is awesome. Phil is the drummer genius and Chester follows, but don't get me wrong, Chester is just as great. I saw Genesis in 1983 and saw a drum solo/duet with both Phil and Chester and it was great! Phil is a left handed drummer and Chester is right,and they were facing each other, so it gave a mirrored effect......they were both playing the exact same thing, but in opposite directions......totally cool beyond words.

WHAT A GREAT PERFORMANCE! I never want to compare Phil's drumming with anybody else, nor Peart, Palmer or Brufford, Phil was UNIQUE, specially during the Hackett years, complex, strong and very well arranged, unfortunately, many fans beleive that the commmercialized aspect of Genesis took away the respect and the status he deserves as a drummer ( not a as a singer ) but whattaheck! he is still a good drummer, not as elevated as the other ones, but still good...

They are playing together for SO LONG, how could it be better??? Just so fucking tight! Collins is the only drummer I know who's still playing open toms (no reso heads) and his drumset sounds just AMAZING!... Chester Thompson's DW angled exotic woodgrain looks like twisted caramel candy... deliciously expensive with the gold hardware...
