@marcosderos I got my Stiletto today. Its small and has unbuffed edges. That pick attack is great if you want some serious attitude in your playing, kinda like Paul Gilbert. For jazz or blues, i would get a rounder pick.
I started using V-Picks a few months ago....there is a HUGE difference in tone when using these picks.I used to use Dunlop 1.5mm picks before I started using V-Picks...there is no comparison.I can't play with any other pick now....other picks just don't sound or feel as comfortable as V-Picks.The 4.10 thickness might scare some people away from giving V-picks a try.....I was VERY skeptical at first myself, everything he says in this video is true....V-Picks are incredible!
@marcosderos Yeah,absolutely.... I'll never use anything else, once you get used to the thickness....you will never want to use anything but V-Picks ;)
would say V pick seems better in fast runs, but all in all I prefer the sound of the dimension pick. I think I'll go with it and rather work on tech. ^^
I tried v-picks, moved to tortex, and then moved back to v-picks and am really liking them now. I use the "Screamer" version. Do you know what the differences between the Screamer and Dimension are? Have you tried both and prefer the Dimension?
@pastorjoshbraun The Dimension unbuffed picks are amazing.I bought the Dimension unbuffed & the Dimension junior....the junior was a little to small for me though.I'm gonna order a shitload of new Dimension picks....mine are starting to wear a little bit after months of abuse ;)
i tried v-picks and really HATE them. even the sound comes out with v-pick is brighter but well there is also strange noise come after everytime you hit the string.
"Can you hear?"
Me: Well yeah, I hear a lot of pick noise.
