get a usb and make a folder call PS3, caps lock it. make a folder in it called THEME. download custom themes and place it in the THEME folder. put usb in ps3 and go to theme settings. there should be an option to install.

or just go to the website on your ps3! most sites do install directly on the HDD of the PS3

doo u need to have internet to download the themes

u can download them straite from ur ps3 browser or go to the internet and on ur usb flash or memory stick create a folder called PS3 then in that folder create one that says THEMES then download the themes in the themes folder. make sure when u name the folders they have to be all caps!
