I really like this film *because* it's not too obvious or clichéd. She seems to be understanding and cool while he is charmingly awkward. They're both likable characters, it just happens that he does things wrong just like any guy. I know I've ruined clothes by washing them with tubes of lipstick and I've gotten too drunk unintentionally before.

But he clearly messed something up very badly, and I don't think it was the cooking or the laundry or the puking. It just happens to not be shown.

@bloosy He plucked out multiple ones several times at some stages, I'm assuming it's not because of multiple events not shown in the video, rather, it's the weight of the action (so, in some cases, it seems like the girl loves him tremendously or hates him terribly). The director for me, has left it open to conclude - for the optimists, the single petal left on the poor sunflower signifies she loves him. For the pessimists, the return to a whole flower means the start of a another relationship.

The first minute held promise but I felt let down by the rather uneventful, non-epiphanous ending. Overall though an excellent effort and something to be proud of!

It wasn't obvious that the relationship was any longer than a couple of days/weeks, some change of weather/feel to the various scenes would have given the relationship more longevity and weight, therefore more meaningful.

However it was very nicely shot with good attention to lighting and mood. Not having dialogue took nothing away from it. The tango style music lent itself well to the film and the overall pace was good.

I may have missed something but there seemed to be no resolution to this film, just a re-run of their relationship. He just seemed resigned to the fact he had screwed up the romance. There didn't seem to be many real highs in the relationship for him to get sentimental about.

The flower that kept getting bigger then smaller was odd (in terms of number of petals), why not just keep it disappearing away until the end and then the rewind?
