it happened to my sapphire arte too....pissed me off sometimes coz trying to show off infront of friends ...but the cloth thing doesnt pop up...try it 3 times only worked 2 times ...anyway...

usually copy's seem to do better then the real one.

go on menu...settings....phone settings..sensor settings...n mke sure sensor is on

wtf i got this phone and when i try to tap it the clock doesn't show up it only shows up when i shake it or when i just put it on a table and do nothing to it
