Hi I like the trailer and I am motivated to build one, one question is are you use marine plywood and your trailer side is 5' x 9' that will be +/- 850 lbs ?

@peluche2 the sides of kilroy are 4x8 3/4" plywood plus another 2' piece a total of 4x10 - covered with a 1/4" of oak - than covered with a marine spar varnish - could of used 1/2" or even 3/8" plywood base to make it lighter - every thing adds wieght - the lighter the better - kilroy has a lot of extras and is over 2000#

this trailer need to add 2 amber yellow lights on the rear taillights for safety turning sign and emergency parking lot,,,

add 4 more LEDs lights on both sides of this trailer, too,,,

have a good camper and fun travel

Actually, I already have the trailer. It's 5 x 8, and been sitting in my garage for at least a year. I have plans I've been studying too. What price range should be expecting to spend?

@inflatablemark First thing keep it lite! everything you put on has wt. and it all adds up! you can get the windows-hings-door hardware on line - $1500-$2000 will get you a nice rig. get your material list together and go to home depot or ? or you can even order build kits on line good luck!

@inflatablemark you start by buying the trailer from a fleet store - order the plans from one of the suppliers in the links section of the shutterfly site at the end of the video - and if you can find someone else who wants to make one also you can spilt the cost of the plans and enjoy the build together. sometimes 2 heads are better then one! anyone who thinks they can build one will. just do it - sometime the hardest thing is to start -
