@ewagner75 You can't? Are you talking about the ProVari and how it puts out the error code? One of the things I don't like about the ProVari. Spend all that money and you should be able to put anything on it. The Buzz and the Infinity and two VVs that you can put anything on. I'm using the SVR right now with a 2ohm LR Boge and it's working fine.
@pbusardo I was talking about the svr mod! Im a cisco LR 510 atomizer fan and was wondring if you can use them attys wth the svr? Also can it use any 16340 batteries? like the aw imr 1630's?? Thanks for the info!
@ewagner75 I'm evaluating an SVR currently and have been running 1.7 Rejuvenators, 1.5 dual coils and even 1.25 duals with no issues. It seems to be happy with whatever I throw on it! Voltage settings are 4, 4.5 and 5v reportedly but test on my meter as 3.9, 4.4 and 4.9 unloaded. So far, I'm impressed.
Thanks for this first look Vid. This may be the VV answer to many as it seems to be a simple, easy to change voltage settings device. Nice looking device too. I'm looking forward to your follow on with this device. Hope you and yours have a Very Merry Christmas.
I dont believe this, Longtotem says they have an MOQ of only 100 units and they will sell to anyone, just like all the rest of the Chinese manufactures, here is there add =
So I guess the 16340 are both 3.7volts? So you can vv this at 3.7, 5 and 7.4? Looking forward to next review, this one looks interesting and has my attention for possibly my first VV Mod. Thanks Phil, Merry Christmas.
Hi Phil. Looks interesting but it will all depend on price. There are already a good number of variable voltage mods out there with the ProVari leading the flock. I must admit I liked the cover design which neatly screws in over the battery casing but I did also notice the poor squeeking sound of the threading when you unscrewed it in the vid. Still I'm looking forward to see your full review of this PV including the voltage checks at the different settings.
@FlyBoyVideo Thanks Steve and Merry Christmas to you as well. I agree price will be a factor. I think the closer he can get it to the $100 mark the better. I agree the ProVari leads the pack, but this is really something different. You can't adjust to any voltage like you can on the Provari. So it's kinda in a different category. We shall see!
@mwa1024 From what I've gathered, Mark was pretty involved in the design of this. I'll let him speak to the comment if he chooses... what do I know... :-)
@pbusardo - My response posted below the fold for some reason :-) Short: Loongtotem and Akston Hughes are partners... Akston Hughes participated in the design and is the North American Authorized Agent for all the SVR / EVO products and accessories... There are no EVO's in North America (the name is already taken) :-)
@mwa1024 - Hi Mwa! Akston Hughes and Loongtotem are partners in the final design and production of the SVR (ODM - Original Design Manufacturing + OEM - branding). For trademark reasons, EVO's are not licensed for sale in North America, and Akston Hughes is the sole authorized North American agent for the SVR/EVO. For any other e-cig needs, please contact Loongtotem directly, they have proven to us that they are among the finest companies in the industry to work with. :-)
Thanks Phil! That is a great unboxing / first look! I'll pull the gate down on the site in a few hours, if anyone wants another look, they can check my channel for a few more angles and such...
Thanks Again for the great vid! Lovely big clouds of vapor! :-)
Kinda reminds me of my vari volt ego USB passthrough I gave away at a fraction of the size and cost 1 click 2 click I click u click nice vid PB as always
As always, great video Phil. You have me curious for a follow-up video to so how the PV fared for you. Thanks for the information and have a Merry Christmas!
That is one nice looking PV, can't wait to see the full review. I am mainly wondering what voltages it is using and the different settings. Thanks for the review.
Can you use LR atomizers with this device? Cause most vv mods you cant...

@pbusardo the only problem I have with a Buzz or Inf is that it fails with holding the V with a load

Scott, same to you my friend. A very Merry Christmas to you and your family.
