I think the ??? (20216) is Tethyr, hes from a quest in Theramore Isle, seen him during quest in public server

You can only morph if you're a GM or are on a Private Server. Normal players can't morph. But with some Private Servers, the code is different, and instead of ".morph" you could put ".mod display" ;)
