  • This band was an atrocity and really typifies a civilization utterly lost to the intangible grasp of music. To me, I instantly know this is mediocre. It's like talking to colorblind people and trying to tell them a particular shirt and tie don't belong together. You can exhaust yourself and make no inroads. This is what happens in a mommy culture. We're all equal so we need a soundtrack that literally ANYONE could've written. Drop the bombs and let's start over.

  • The brighter side of his face represents his youth, his feeling of being still young inside, while his darker side represents his oldness, his whole life! this song make you love everything!!!

Contemporary of Andy Warhol and William Burroughs. google him. he is great.

  • Io appartengo ad una di quelle generazioni che con le loro canzoni ci sono cresciute, un bello, bellissimo modo questo per salutarci.

  • what a GREAT way to say goodbye to the past; REM broke up after 31 years of friendship, greatness and honourable musical career; of whose music has touched our hearts and stimulated our minds with the gift of wonder.

Thanks REM, for eveyrthing you did; your music changed my world, and made me think... all i can say is just truly thank you :)

  • I can't believe nobody has ever done this before.. Brilliant way to attach the listener, by making it simple and beautiful.

  • I reckon' he's hot for an old man.

  • @marcunha : If you could actually spell "Alanis Morissette" that would be a great help you dick. Besides which Alanis Morissette is shit you fucking retard.

  • Qué bella mirada la de este hombre, qué paz de espíritu. He looks like he has peace inside.

  • It's about time Grandpa Simpson got behind supporting REM

  • he starts to look like yoda if you stare at it long enough

  • His face is the perfect representation of the sentiment of the song. Cover the right half of his face and you'll se him astonished or even shocked sometimes. Cover the left half and he's subdued in an accepting the inevitable kind of way. He's human.

  • lol...he doesn't move!!! his expression is funny anyway...Love John Giorno!!!both version are great

  • 2:32 :*
