La Paix Des Braves was part a plan where Quebec was going to have the 10 Nations Of Quebec sign "Nation To Nation" agreements. So, they got it in their heads that if they were able to have at least 6/10 Nations sign agreements, they could use that as a declaration of sovereignty.
