I only buss-yo-balls, cuz, from having done it serveral times on my +.998L sport bikes, I know for sure that locking that front brake is easier-said-than-done when under-torque. Tell u what get's me rollin's when i see GoldWing (or a harley) doing wheelies- THAT just don't look like it was meant to be. So far as Utube posts go, usually they can't take my jokes and get obnixious-defisive-offensive in their replies.

Nope...it was a 1981 Honda Goldwing 1100 I bought for $200-$300...Had the fairing and trunk just laying around...ended up selling it for $700 for the carbs alone. I got it from Joe, a buddy that collects and saves me cool stuff at a GREAT price...will be going there this spring. He deals primarily with sleds/atvs/cycles and a few cars/trucks.

A cool "ol school" guy! I'll try to make a vid...Joe has hundreds of sleds and stuff!

I sold the 81 1100 Goldwing to a guy for $700 for the carbs, the rest of it is sitting in a field with carbs off, resting/rotting at his house, last time I heard.

It's very possible. I know the day before when I was sober (and not on camera) I was able to do the half moon strip and actually pull quite a bit of smoke out of the old tire. That's what I had hoped to do again to no avail. I only paid $250 dollars for the bike, then put a fairing and trunk on I had laying around in the barn on. I ended up selling that one after that.
