Hey there. Love your cooking videos. I make this pumpkin dessert all the time and love it. About half the time though the topping comes out in globs instead of crumbly. I notice you say the butter is room temp. I had always heard cold butter makes better crumbles but now I am wanting to try the room temp way and see if I have better luck. Thanks again and keep these coming.
btw..globby it still tastes good and my nephew told me that the globby was better than his moms crumbles which made me laugh. Another question..do you have any suggestions for good/EASY finger foods? Other than the standard rolled pickles, little smokies etc. Need something different and easy for Christmas Eve.
wow people are weird but not the ones from the U.S.A it's all others> because you can see the xcookage mom does right by her family. And I made this for Thanksgiving and its the bomb!!
I made this for Thanksgiving. Really easy and good! Not too sweet and it was a good ratio of pumpkin to cake. The people in my family that doesn't like pumpkin actually liked it. Thank you =)
So I tried your last recepie (the cookies) and I completly forgot the pumpkins you guys use in america don't shed as much water as ours do (my bad lol) so they did turn out very good but they "spreaded" and some got bigger than my hand hahaha I'll do better next time, just thought I'd share my little adventure with you lol
I have a problem now... because I was planning on making a Pumpkin Crunch similar to this except it has a cream cheese frosting instead of a crumb topping. I dont know which one to use! This one looks amazing and so does the other one! ahhh!
My family makes a recipe really similar to this for Thanksgiving. We call them Pumpkin Squares, but Pumpkin Delight sounds so much better. :) They are very yummy with whipped cream.
Would it be possible to do a series on how to make 'substitutes'... ie, you say use 1 box of yellow cake mix, or just substitute it with your own homemade mix..? When I make a cake, it's essentially flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, butter..? Is that what I do?
could you just put a light on your face? just aim a desk lamp toward you. or one from each side.

I say to use Pumpkin but what you need to use is Pumpkin Pie Filling which I list in the ingredients.
