As much as I love Joe Satriani, I mean I idolize the guy, he's my all time #3 favorite guitar player, I hate to say it, I dont think this music is HIM. He is deeper, more passionate than chickenfoots rock. But seriously, I love Joe and always will, I just dont think this is a dream for him I hope he eventually returns to his solo career.

I got to party with sammy in about '81. local radio station gave away 100 tics for a Boston/hagar show. after the show they had a private party for the winners a a local hotel bar. IT WAS GREAT!! Sammy greeted everbody at the door. Nice guy!! he stayed for the whole 3 hour deal. what a hoot!! He was just one of the guys. one of those people , when you meet them, you feel like you've known them all your life!!! We sat a the bar and talked for 15-20 minutes. what fun in my younger year!!

I seen them in Chicago. What a show! This looks like it was the start of the encore like in Chicago. Chad came out wearing a Detroit Red Wings shirt then the whole place is chanting "DETROIT SUCKS" Then they tore into this song. I agree 100 percent they seemed at such ease with each other and having a blast! One of the best shows I seen in a long time!
Thank God I saw this band in L.A. at the Roxy. they will never be able to play small venues again. A once in a lifetime concert. they will be huge and around for a long time. The music is incredible. Each band member compliments one another like no other band ever has. LOVE the FOOT!!!!!!!!!
I like the songs on the new album a lot, but until I heard this song, I wasn't so sure these guys were going to appeal to the masses. (Assuming it sounds this good on the album) This song that will Chickenfoot HUGE!!! Billboard top 10. Mark my words!! It just flows -such a great mix of metal and funk. For Sammy, really awesome lyrics too (I'm not the biggest fan of his lyrics, but I love his voice)

The riff at 4:24 is just too damned cool.... I can't get enough of that.

This song rocks! What a great band. I can't wait to see them if they come to Florida! It sure is nice to see a group of guys play together who genuinely like each other.

I seen them in Chicago. What a show! This looks like it was the start of the encore like in Chicago. Chad came out wearing a Detroit Red Wings shirt then the whole place is chanting "DETROIT SUCKS" Then they tore into this song. I agree 100 percent they seemed at such ease with each other and having a blast! One of the best shows I seen in a long time!

Thank God I saw this band in L.A. at the Roxy. they will never be able to play small venues again. A once in a lifetime concert. they will be huge and around for a long time. The music is incredible. Each band member compliments one another like no other band ever has. LOVE the FOOT!!!!!!!!!

I like the songs on the new album a lot, but until I heard this song, I wasn't so sure these guys were going to appeal to the masses. (Assuming it sounds this good on the album) This song that will Chickenfoot HUGE!!! Billboard top 10. Mark my words!! It just flows -such a great mix of metal and funk. For Sammy, really awesome lyrics too (I'm not the biggest fan of his lyrics, but I love his voice)
And good god, Joe and Chad tear it UP!! Very professional gig these guys got goin!

Some of my fav spots are (Chad) 3:30 & 4:20 singing in the back. Satch has some sweet solos (closeup) at 7:00, 8:02 & 9:01. Thanks again Kamarie65 for capturing the magic that night!

What a show! I had the a great time! These guys have good chemistry. It looks like they've been playing together for years! This footage is great! It shows their talent and you can see them enjoying themselves! They left me wanting more!
