I'm guessing that it was not standard procedure to put blocks on the wheels when working on the bus on a hill? I know that the drivers around here have to put blocks down when they are leaving the bus unattended at anytime, even if it's on level ground.

Theses older buses MAT had now renamed Metro are gone now they been rebuilt into newer ones and we got 24 new ones replacing the old ones

It is actually a Flxible Metro, which was the later model similar to the 870. Metros were made from 1983-1995 when the Flxible Corp went bankrupt.
