i go to pusher ok and it says something strange in a different language uptop and it shows an icon in the bottom but not connect iphone what do i do

remove pusher form your computer and download quickpwn and use that from now on

Pusher gives Installer without opening the system partition (in easy language: it gives Installer without Jailbreak).

its a half jailbreak witch limits ur iphone capabilities which is not the reason to jailbreak

Yes it is but this way only installs the INSTALLER and You Cant Do as many things so I recommend Using the Pwnagetool and quickpwn
