@MrLegendofme I think you must have a lot of Leadership skill points... and Charisma... It looks like that Mount and Blade: Warbands just reduced some numbers in the gameplay, I mean, there are less arrows to carry when in battle, so I think you are limited to this number of soldiers...I don't really know, well, to play in multiplayer you will need to download some programs, try Google,.

Mount and blade warband has everything you can ask for in a medieval RPG-adventure game! You can command your troops so it adds a tactical element. Thigh the game can get a bit repetitive but there are SO MANY mods it's hard to get board. This game, to me, is one of the best of all times!!!!

@Fatman5ish Well you can actually choose which faction you start at,new faction with new soldiers,better graphics,there is marriage,and the map is different.It is way better than the original overall.I think it also has some mechanics changed.Also you can do custom battles where you choose how many soldiers you have and how many your enemy has.
I agree, the company which made the game could have at least putted a little more effort into the animation of the characters, but after you play a little bit you get used to the controls, the AI, just set the difficulty higher, or at least normal.

lol.. swadia is some kind of center Europe kingdom like France, England, Germany..., khergit khanate mongols , rhodoks...some kind of italian, especially milanese because of the mountainous region, green armor and crossbowmen, vaegiers russians, nords are nords, and sarranid... if you google "sassanid", you'll find out that they were an eastern empire, like persian and you'll find images of warriors that look exactly the same with the "sarranids"
the honest truth is this is an amazing game ONLY if you have a great computer like (cyberpower, aliean ware.ect.) if you dont have thoses type of computers then you will have problems with the game, but its an amazing game and its just pure fun!happy gaming

Wow, this game was on sale on steam this weekend. I bought it, and let me tell you, it's pretty damn good. I didn't have much expectations for it, but I was really surprised. There's no denying its a cheap game, but unlike other cheap third party games, this one isn't some lower quality ripoff of some other game, its really unique. Its addicting as hell though. I bought it friday morning, and here it is saturday night and I've played it 16 hours ... It's a very decent game, very intricate...

You make a character, raise a small army, getting money and XP for doing different quests (the hard way), or you can just loot and burn some villages (the easy way), Level up, buy better weapons and armor, raise a bigger army, join a faction or make your own faction, fight and take over castles and towns aso... Good game, very addictive! ;)

@MrFofofofofofofofo Create your own story. It dont have any kind of particular story, but you can be a king of your own land, yes it does have missions and you can create enimies or allies if you want too :P
@MrFofofofofofofofo There are a lot of missions, and the main story is just that you want to become a king. Achieving that is really hard since you have to marry someone with connections, you have to fight against the enemies of those connections etc., everything is really diverse. From roaming to becoming a loyal knight, to just retiring in a little village. You can do anything. But the fights are the most interesting :P

I think it's a great game for that price and I love all the mods you can download for free.
id like it to be on a console just cause my pc has shitloads of virus's and it slows down on battles with over 200 people all together. and i have the graphics pretty low too. plus it being on console will definitly help the profits since ur ment to take ur time with this game and at least for me im much more casual of a gamer on my xbox then on my computer.

For anyone who has a crappy PC like me and would like to run this game smoothly! Turn the game from Directx9 to x7. It runs 100x smoother for me. and I have increased everything to max while in x7. Whereas in 9 I could barely run the game. I hope this message helps someone.
m&b is easily the best and most realistic medival combat games i've played, sure it doesnt look pretty but u wont be really caring once ur playing. Multiplayer is so funz, havent played single player since original m&b.
I got a big problem with the game.. Each time I start a battle I got hit an enemy and then I got screen freeze for 1 second it happens every time a battle starts.. Is that a game bug or what?..:|
@bunya333 You don't like the multiplayer? Try the CRP multiplayer mod. You start off low, and earn money to buy new equipment from the website. You also gain experience points, increasing you combat abilities.

@MrFofofofofofofofo Create your own story. It dont have any kind of particular story, but you can be a king of your own land, yes it does have missions and you can create enimies or allies if you want too :P

@MrFofofofofofofofo There are a lot of missions, and the main story is just that you want to become a king. Achieving that is really hard since you have to marry someone with connections, you have to fight against the enemies of those connections etc., everything is really diverse. From roaming to becoming a loyal knight, to just retiring in a little village. You can do anything. But the fights are the most interesting :P

@MrFofofofofofofofo Well, actually you make you're own story, chose wich faction you are with or make you're own. there are some missions but they ain't those aren't great and actually only for improving relationship with some persons.
I think it's a great game for that price and I love all the mods you can download for free.

id like it to be on a console just cause my pc has shitloads of virus's and it slows down on battles with over 200 people all together. and i have the graphics pretty low too. plus it being on console will definitly help the profits since ur ment to take ur time with this game and at least for me im much more casual of a gamer on my xbox then on my computer.

I love the way I could amass an army then just watch them kill all my enemies. I rarely need to hack my enemiess except when seiging castles.
this game is combining RPG and stratgies. the game is actually an open ended world. you can wipe out all the kingdom if you wish. good fun. lots of killing and horseback riding.

For anyone who has a crappy PC like me and would like to run this game smoothly! Turn the game from Directx9 to x7. It runs 100x smoother for me. and I have increased everything to max while in x7. Whereas in 9 I could barely run the game. I hope this message helps someone.

m&b is easily the best and most realistic medival combat games i've played, sure it doesnt look pretty but u wont be really caring once ur playing. Multiplayer is so funz, havent played single player since original m&b.

I got a big problem with the game.. Each time I start a battle I got hit an enemy and then I got screen freeze for 1 second it happens every time a battle starts.. Is that a game bug or what?..:|

@bunya333 You don't like the multiplayer? Try the CRP multiplayer mod. You start off low, and earn money to buy new equipment from the website. You also gain experience points, increasing you combat abilities.
