  • @sicNegro are you in the airforce?

  • is this for enlisted or officer?

  • are you allowed to take civilian visitors into the onto the base to your house?

  • really nice right!.. M husband was told we have a chance of moving into these new homes since his ranl. but too bad my husband is an NCO and when we tried to move on base they showed us two of the crappiest houses. The (remodeled, refurbished) homes. There is no guarantee you will get one of these nice homes. I definitely want to move to them new homes but they will keep pushing u further down the list. My husband and I will have to wait another 30 days..but still then there is no guarantee!

  • @uniqxswtpny Ma'am, Good afternoon. The home in this video is a SrNCO style home. We do have JrNCO style homes that are just about the same. We also have other JrNCO homes that are available as well. We are sorry to hear that you did not like the other homes that were offered. Whether you may agree or not we truly believe our refurbished homes are just as great.

  • This home looks like mine, I live in fort bragg.. but mine is 4 beth and 2 1/2 bath :)

  • Very nice place, use WD-40 on the front door though :)

  • oh..my...god...GUY...COULD U PLEASE STOP PAUSING AFTER EVERY OTHER WORD...I literally CAN'T WATCH THIS VIDEO B/C IT'S BUGGING ME SOOO MUCH...and I REALLY wanted to see this house!

  • Jeez. These houses have gotten A LOT nicer since my family left 10 years ago. XD

  • thanks jrotc i dont have to wait that long to get into a SrNCO Housing after i enlist

  • lol, this guy's numerous voice changes are pretty amusing.

This is a sweet looking home though, shame you have to be a SNCO or Jr.O to get this level of housing. Well i guess it's great to be rewarded better housing as you go up in ranks/responsibility.

  • @ahnubis Good morning. You are correct that this is our SrNCO and CGO style home. However, our JrNCO home is pretty much the same except for a few very small differences. If you are active duty military and interested in base housing please feel free to stop by our Leasing Office and we can show you our JrNCO models.

  • so you can move into this if you're just 2 people?

  • @couturexlove1

Good morning. If your family size is 2 you would still qualify for this home.

  • i think 06 or 05 house

  • sir, you are the greatest Realtor on the planet earth. you advertise pretty well.

  • I really hope I do well in the Air Force.

  • @sicNegro - You will, don't worry about it bud. Just do your best.

  • @sicNegro me too man

  • is that housing for officers only

  • @bellenell2308

    yea it is.

  • he said NCO housing...officers only. Do you really think an enlisted person would have a home like that ? lol

  • @mikamiller2008

actually NCO means non commissioned officers..they are senior enlisted soldiers..you become a NCO once you reach E5. He mentioned that the housing is for both senior enlisted(nco) and officers.. However, my husband is senior enlisted and we have NEVER lived anyplace that looks like this..LOL!

  • @mikamiller2008 - NCO = non comissioned officer, ranks E1 to E6 get the JRNCO homes and E7 to E8 get the SRNCO homes. The SRNCO homes are also the same exact homes that the O1 to O3 Company Grade Officers receive.

  • @UnitedCommunities1 what if you want to live alone,

  • @mikamiller2008 My husband is in the marines....he is enlisted and an NCO... that means a Non commissioned officer. =]

  • Great Video, wish things were like this across the board should check out my video on military living, things are a little different ....LOL

  • Great job narrating!
