The one government agency that Rick Perry forgets (Energy) is the one his campaign was paid the most to fight against. Most of the big Oil and Gas (Energy) companies are headquartered in Texas. Rick has millions of these energy dollars, but the voters think he's dumb. It's IMPORTANT that they attack the president. The point is that they should act as great alternatives and point out parts they think they would do better themselves. Politics with no offence would be like a dictature or medieval kingdom. Of course many of them (like this guy) wouldn't do better themselves in the position of the president and may have the most stupid arguments against him, yet it's very important that they are able to do so.
