its stupid because when you do vergils story in DMC 3:special edition, its the same as dante's except almost no cutscenes and when you finish all u get is anouther costume!!!

all of that set aside, the Devil May Cry series is one of the best series i've ever played before!!!!

@avarnanfire I know Right!!! WTF!!!! I expected Vergil's own litlle story, but they give you Dante's? And the most stupid part, is where Dante originally fights Vergil, at the top of the tower, in the basement, etc. VERGIL JUST FIGHTS AGAINST HIMSELF!!!!!!

@Saofeng19 Yeah I stopped when at the Tenchu-Ni-Gru, where in Dante's story you fight Vergil for the first time, and In Vergil's story you fight against,... Vergil? I was tempted to stop at Cerebus but I stopped at that part as well and just played Bloody Tower. I don't understand the beginning to Vergil's story. He's doing these things around and in the tower, but winds up in Dante's shop? What's the point of having "Vergil's Story" if it's the same thing as Dante's, but with no cutscenes?WTF?!

Dude your so right i've got dmc3,4,2 and 1 but dmc3 special edition is just the best in my opinion!I think Jester should have been in all of the games i mean hes sooooooo awesome.And Vergil too.I got the feeling that one character i missed in dmc 4 was Vergil.

I case if nobody knows, The main character of the Divine Comedy in the first chapter in Hell was a man named Dante. He was escorted through every level by a person named Virgil. The girl that escorted him through Heaven was Mary.

Dante, Virgil, Mary(lady) are all in Devil May Cry 3. I don't know if Virgil is Neoangelo, but whatever the connection, I can't be sure if Virgil or Mary were originally planned...

@furyberserk 1 Well in the first Devil May Cry game , during the third battle with Nelo Angelo his face and hair can be seen and is the face and hair of Vergil

2 after defeat Nelo and obtain his half of the amulet Dante remembers the name Vergil

3 In DMC3 there's an unlockable scene were Vergil is converted into Nelo so . . .

Vergil is Nelo!! :D but he dies T_T . . . Well is just a game :D
