Hey man, great video - I am a strength and conditioning coach at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay Ontario. I am putting some of our athletes on a mass-gain program and was looking for a good 20R Squat video and yours is great! I really like how you can see how much you're breathing near the end, and that you have to drop to your knees after re-racking the load. Good job!
Most people only spend about 6 weeks on the routine then their gains stall and they do something else. That's probably about as long as I'll expect to be on the routine but if I make more gains after that then I'll do the program as long as I can. Numbers wise, it would be nice to get to 225.
Not a problem man, I'm focusing on squats a lot lately and am looking into the more extreme squat routines to see what can really boost my numbers. Good to see someone who doesn't do like 3 quarter squats and then walk away!
