With regards to more recent ban on girls schools by Maulana Fazlullah, that ban was lifted after only a few weeks and was explained that it was just because there was fighting going on at the time. (again, how many "news" outlets ran the story of the lifting of the ban on the same front page that they ran the original story?)

Pathans should be considered those loyal to us and everyone else is Afghan and should be deported immediately. Pathan's are basically like any other Pakistani in that we may have come from different backgrounds (most of us are mixed anyways) but we love each other as brothers/sisters in faith (united as a family).
Many Afghans have never supported Pakistan's creation as a Muslim homeland yet call themselves Muslim.

Yeah, facts ARE facts. But what you've read on the "news" are not facts. YOU should do some original research on google, instead of just believing whatever you read without considering if the source is reliable. Case in point- recent video of girl flogging has been proven to be faked by an anti-Taliban film group- have you seen any apologies or corrections issued by so called "news" sources that ran with the story?

With regards to girls' schools, UNESCO reports show that more girls were attending schools during Taliban rule than are now, due to security situation. Medical college in Kabul was almost completely girls during Taliban rule. Read interview of roving Taliban ambassador at USC in 2001: He categorically states that Taliban were not against girl schooling, they just didn't have enough funds to implement it.

With regards to more recent ban on girls schools by Maulana Fazlullah, that ban was lifted after only a few weeks and was explained that it was just because there was fighting going on at the time. (again, how many "news" outlets ran the story of the lifting of the ban on the same front page that they ran the original story?)

2nd-- Actually, boys schools have also been similarly treated. It's the "news" that you trust so much that has singled out girls schools all the time.

Some of them make sense, some of them don't. All of them came from RAWA which has their own anti-Taliban political agenda and they have been exposed on several occasions fabricating videos and news stories- hardly what I would call a reliable sources of information.
