Why is this game worth so much? I know the story behind Earthbound's value.... but what is Aero Fighters' story?

@marmar3291 aero fighters is much rarer than earthbound but doesnt have the cult following so its price is barely behind earthbounds. speaking of which, does anyone know how many copies of this game exist?
