I c people ask slot of questions about this. I drank liquor right after helps me. I smoke ciggs, eat but listerine after each smoke and food cause you don't want an infection in your mouth. Also take ibuprofen or whatever painkillers you like to use and eat some ices and your good to go!

@purple I do them in my shop for $25. They usually range any where from $15-$30 in NYC.

@LM999CR yes that would be ideal; however, it wont hurt the customer if i did it initially to kill the bacteria in thier mouth when I do their piercing. I do advise against it when I give them my after care shpieal. Thanks for the concern

If you gargle with listerine long enough it sort of numbs the tongue. The piercing itself is fairly painless, just a weird sensation as the needle passes through the tongues tip.
