How to upload a video to 1shoppingcart Upsell Express

Hi,

Just signed up with 1shoppipngcart & your video is very useful in order to add a video on my page, but I have a question. I followed your entire tutorial but my video doesn't appear on my sales page. The problem, I think is that, when I click on the player.swf in my Media library an error box appears w/ this message:

An error has occurred in the script on this page

Line: 1

Char: 1

Error: Acess is denied

Code:0

How do I correct this error?

Sorry, but I do not support this video anymore. The video was made in March of 2010 and with all the changes and patches that 1shoppingcart has implemented I cannot keep remaking the video.

The video is AS IS and should be used as a blueprint on how to get started.
