exactly the event he's talking about

  • ...Draaaaaaag...

  • its funny he doesn't seem to know the words now.he has them wrong

  • I love this song any way you play it. But it sounds best in Paul's voice :)

  • I like it, Tiger Army led me to this.

  • 2:07

  • What's wrong with covers? It only means an attachment between musicians. It means they don't feel too good to be inspired by others, it means they respect music from others so much that they want to do it too.

  • What a top bloke is wor Paul.

Wish He would give me a lesson on how to play this song.

Don't worry about the solo though Paul I'm not in any hurry to the learn that yet.

If you can just teach me the little fiddly finger bit I'll be happy.

  • @kingshearer2 It's just a basic blues/rockabilly 1 4 5 progression. A. A add the 6. D. D add the 6. E. D. A.

  • @jonahtran1 Cheers mate. i've managed to find a lesson on here which explains it.

It is quite basic once you break it down but it still needs spot on timing to get it right.

  • I love this song :) especialy when he plays it :)

  • 3 people think Paul McCartney really is dead

  • He's not a copy cat so shut the fuck up, almost every band does a cover it's not a bad thing. Yeah he did some cover songs but he's written WAY more songs that are his own that are all masterpieces. Sir Paul is a fucking legend.

  • @num1Beatlesfan good comment dude. People tend to forget bands like the Beatles and Zeppelin never denied that they were playing covers, they were just following the example of their Blues fore fathers.

  • @GranDrJ Mhm, indeed its a good thing and rather common.

  • @num1Beatlesfan Do not use Sir Paul's name in vain.

  • @jonahtran1 I didn't o.O

  • He is FANTASTIC : ) I know it sounds like a cliche for all the very passionate 'Beatles fans out there like myself who can relate to this, but it is sooo true : ) Even although Paul, like all the other musical geniuses are much better suited to doing their own songs and flourishing in their own unique style, I really do love Paul singing the older songs. And he was always sooo inspiring, especially for guitar playing. The Beatles - my first love in music and I will love them forever : )

  • PINWHEEL TWIST! HIGS MATE

  • He is amazing and awesome always, love this man.

  • How is Paul being a copycat? plenty of people do things called COVERS.

  • @jt123egypte haha this man made the most covered song in the world its called yesterday ring a bell and hes a copycat my god what an idiot

  • @vinvevanneer

Yesterday?Never heard of! He is a bad immitator of the great Eddie Cochran a copycat with that group that recorded, Long Tall Sally, Roll over Beethoven,Ya ya, Matcbox, Dizzy Miss Lizzy a.s.o. This cover is also RUBBISH!

  • @jt123egypte haha yeah keep convincing yourself that dipshit

  • @jt123egypte Back then all the bands did covers of other band's songs cause it was cool at that time. Elvis did tons of covers. Also it was his favorite song as a young person. If you had a favorite song don't you sometimes wish you could play it like them one day and show all your friends that like that song? Sir McCartney achieved this goal.

  • An insult to Eddie Cochran, what a rubbish cover!Throw this shit in the dustbin!

  • @jt123egypte BITCH!!! this is PAUL MCCARTNEY you're talking about!!! so shut the fuck up!!!

  • @jt123egypte BITCH!!! this is PAUL MCCARTNEY you're talking about!!! so shut the fuck up!!!

  • @tataraver602

Who the hell is Paul mc Cartey , never heared of that copycat!

  • @jt123egypte I asked myself the same thing when I saw the name eddie cochran on your comment,, but apparantley paul mcartney is a guy that has sang for over 40 years,,,

  • @tataraver602

Yes that is true, you are only a child talking about music and about people you never saw on stage while your father has to fuck you 30 years after they died.

  • @jt123egypte yeah maybe i am a kid that apreciates good musice,,, and as far as I know the beatles and including paul mccartney made eddie cochran a mere shadow of them,,,

  • @tataraver602

But you forget the most important thing... this copycat bought the rights of all the Buddy holly songs and he surely fcan't compare with the talent of Eddie Cochran who died almost 20 years old...I am not impressed by that Lennon and Mc Cartey copycats...I like the real thing... EDDIE COCHRAN and this copycat Paul is rubbish!!!

  • @jt123egypte

    dude, you're a funnyfuckingfaggot.

    the big 3 Fs.

  • @jt123egypte You do realize he even gave credit to Eddie by saying "This is an Eddie Cochran song." Paul has done more for this world in three minutes than you could do in your lifetime. He's been knighted. He's considered one of the most influential musicians in history. Who are you to judge him? Unless I suppose you've done everything and more that Paul McCartney has done for this world.

  • >>condescending comment that assumes i know more about whatever is going on than anyone else

  • 1:55 minutes of chit chat -.-'

  • so a good song and than this f**ked up performance

    sorry for this Eddie, R.I.P.

  • this man is a legend.

  • Paul You're amazing<33

  • @TheBleach123456789, lol George has never said anything about it, this audio you can hear is just a lame imitation of him

  • Paul version are killer!

  • 1 person must die.

  • at the end when paul finishes the song he is like, Okay fuckers...applause LOL

  • the man is amazing watch him play upside down

  • @Standrew777 paul says john died in 1966 because that's the year he met yoko

  • @mbera21 I think it was in 68' when he divorced cynthia and got together with yoko. John always thought that she was a werido when they first met.

  • you people have to see the film nowhere boy, there you can watch the memory he just described.. (when he met John and got in the beatles) it's a verry good movie

  • @SELAx95 Nowhere boy is amazing!

  • Hey every one I have a news flash for you: not everything thing these guys did was good. This would be an example of that. try Eddie for a better version.

  • "There's a solo here but I won't attempt it"

  • Paul McCArtney is left-handed??

  • @bluesify100 What planet do you live on??

  • 1:20 - how scouse does he sound lol.

  • Wow! This just blows me away. I like his version just as well as I do Eddie Cochran's version. Thanks for sharing with us. 5*****s

  • Comment removed

  • @3pairsofunderwear He have to^^ He is Left hander and at the time he start Playing it only gave right hand guitars so he had to learn to play upside down^^

  • @3pairsofunderwear haaaaaaaaaaaa

  • @3pairsofunderwear If you're a lefty and every other guitarist you know is a righty, you sort of have to be able to play upside down.

  • Comment removed

  • @3pairsofunderwear i think all left-handled know how to play upside down... well, i can '-'

  • Comment removed

  • @3pairsofunderwear Dude... hes left handed, of COURSE he plays upside down! But It IS cool :P

  • @3pairsofunderwear

alot of lefties learn that way

  • @3pairsofunderwear

most lefties have to learn to play that way

im a righty, and ive tried to play upside down, it is very hard, yes indeed

  • @3pairsofunderwear I don't know if anyone said this before, if they did I'm sorry. He's left-handed :)

  • @3pairsofunderwear Jimi Hendrix did it too

  • @The8347135 still really awesome ;p

  • Cool to hear him do this! And his voice sounds really good here!

  • Too bad he got the words wrong! He got "drag" and "sag" the wrong way around. Oh well, we can allow the occasional stuff-up, can we not?

  • really splitting hairs arent ya?

  • i just love early rock n roll

  • they dont make em like that anymore fuckin tuuuuuuuuuuune

  • i dig the old Rockabilly music like this, good ole rock...

  • hmmm... i'm not sure it is horseshit, dude

  • Yeah,it sort of is. If you've read the innumerable Beatles books and gone through the various interviews from all Beatles, they indicated that John had a respect of Paul's ability from early on. Certainly, Paul was in awe of John too because of he was older and a naturally charismatic personality. Still, they both got a lot out of each other's individual approach/talent. This isn't about defending Paul. It's just understanding the history. Read up a bit.

  • omg Paul's voice got so mch deeper hen he got older!!!

  • @megrox196 he looks different too, and i think he looked really better before 1969

  • @Standrew777 before he died?

  • @VirtuosoGuy they say he died in 1966, but maybe it was just a joke made by the Beatles

  • @megrox196 because he is dead, that paul is Faul not Paul. george harrison say it in his last testament

  • @megrox196 It's from smoking all these years. Just listen to Bob Dylan's voice now...

  • @BeatleJohn420 It's called age and lots of singing/shrieking. Alcohol, cigarettes and marijuana also played a part.

  • @megrox196 Paul McCartney doesnt get old

    He gets awsomer

  • That's a lefty for ya....yowser! They access both sides of their brains...no wasting on this mans' part! ha! rock it paul!

  • i love paul listend since i was 2 weeks old great

  • .."yeah that's what got me into The Beatles"

How can you not love that?!
