I do feel compelled to note that, whilst Joe Hisaishi did indeed compose most of the soundtrack for Spirited Away, this hauntingly beautiful piece, Itsumo Nando Demo, was both composed and performed by the fantastic Yumi Kimura. Although I do not know who re-arranged it for the piano (it was originally played on the lyre).
