@wAxXxpUnch ojou is same as miss, sister and ma'am in japanese. but only for unmarried female or girl. you're talking about 'gokusen'?? if so they show respect to her by calling her 'ojou' coz she's head's granddaughter. ojou-chan, ojou-san or ojou-sama is correct term. ojou is like nick name. but still polite. you can say like just 'ojou-chan', 'ojou-san' or 'ojou-sama'. you can also add name like 'sachiko ojou-san'. (sachiko is female name)
