Partridge was like a preacher man. I love the climax of the song where he abandons the English language entirely and just starts speaking in tongues. THAT's fucking genius. This is one of the Top 10 greatest albums in rock n roll history
Great song and so true lyrics. I wonder if Andy ever sang the wrong opening lyric on purpose? The proper one is "She has six swans singing in her sauna" or its close to that but its VERY easy to hear it as "She had sex while singing in the sauna"

I dont know much about XTC. Im only 15 and i mainly listen to rap but XTC is so damn good. I love how they play guitar,
