Truckers would pay 5 dollars to avoid downtown and Circle drive and that would fund it. I know I payed upwards of 12 dollars to avoid Chicago so 5 dollars for Saskatoon would be acceptable. It will never gain traction due to the we all should pay attitude that us Canadians have.

I just bought a Very very nice 80 year old house, re-done by a respectable company for 185,000, 150"x50" lot 1400 SF, 6 houses from the nicest river front in the city, and 3 min walk to downtown? how can you say that. of course toronto and calgary are more multicultural than saskatoon. theyre way larger. but for a city of about 200 thousand people, saskatoons doing pretty good. we've got a muslim community of over 4 thousand, a triving chinese and filipino community, and large East Indian community. plus our multiculturalism is growing. im serious though, how may times have you been to saskatoon and where are u from? becaue saskatoon is definately multiculural

Accully... Saskatoon has one of the highest crime rates in all of canada, and we dont have many murders BUT! we have one of the highest levels of unsolved missing peoples which... if there not found by now there probly dead and have been murdered so... saskatoon looks nice just we have a high breaking and entering/robery rate and a lot of missing peoples.
