The worse thing to happen to a helicopter is a tail rotor fail. The force driving the main rotor is also acting to drive the body of the helicopter in the opposite direction, the tail rotor counteracts this reaction. If the tail rotor fails, the helicoptors body will start to spin out of control, certainly in the 1:50 clip it looks like the tail rotor is stationary
