If it's a .rar or a .zip, Then you get winrar or 7zip to open it.

what do you want me to do~?im not too too good in PMD editor, but i could give you ALOT of models that i got and recolored :3~i could even color one especially for you as long as its nothing fancy ^^; id KILL for this model and the lolita blue model you have in another vid!!!!!
