  • I love the dresses. They're cool. I don't dance, but I think it's cool looking. I like the wigs and the dresses and the way their feet move so fast.

  • This is great. The performances that I have seen have mostly been outside on wooden stages.

  • Love the hornpipe Warriors!!!!! You all did great!! And good job dancing on that tile floor!! I love performing, i just hate the floor!! lol :)

  • its a pretty good reproduction of the EXACT same dance that michael flatley did in hyde park in 1998 for his feet of flames performance. nice try with copying the dances, but i prefer originality. but nice dresses girls (:

  • some of the girls need to work on their timing. some of the step were a little behind the meter

  • the girls dancing to breakout have great stamina. loved it.

  • @wall1967 no it is breakout from lord of the dance. your thinking of something else

  • @MrIrishcowboy - ok, I'll take your word for it, I was going by an earlier note from of one of the other parents...

  • this is the music (and steps?) from Breakout from Lord of the Dance, isn't it?

  • this is really good!

can I ask where you got your dresses from? they're beautiful!

    keep up the good work!

  • @TheFallenSkriker - usually the dresses are purchased from other dancers at the school as they grow out of them, or you may find one for sale at a Feis ... there are a few 'names' in the dressmaking business ... who people go to for new/original dresses, but we didn't have that type of budget!!

  • Wow! The faster the girls went the better it got! I am sure they are even better now. Thank you ladies for carrying on a tradition here in the USA. You were all wonderful.

  • AWESOMENESSLY AWESOME!!! :D

  • great stamina!! must have been really difficult dancing on that floor.

  • 'Breakout' is always a fun song to dance to. The most challenging one I think is 'Thunder and Lightning' from Feet of Flames.

  • this is really good

  • That looks really nice, I only saw professionals doing this, but this is different, but still good ^^ It must be hard to keep yourself still and synchronized.. o.o

  • the purple dress that girl is wearing is pretty

  • you guys are great just listening to it you know you hit all your clicks and you were perfectly syncronized (or however you spell it). great job! and it must have been even harder dancing on that floor. i have fallen so many times but you guys did great

  • Just 5 - 10 years more and you will perform in shows like LoTD

  • Good job! Especially on (what looks like) slippy floors!

  • you guys are amazing : D

  • I do clogging and irish dancing right now, but we are trying to learn some hard shoe, you guys are reallyyy good. :)

  • THANK YOU!! : )

  • u guys r really good almost as good as my dance class although we only have 5 people in my dance class since i'm in advanced so we have more time to dance

  • work on roks, i call em ankle breakers! good on everything else tho, hard shoe always sounds better on tile!

  • bernadette flynn in the making

  • That floor looks really slippery-I noticed that Norah nearly fell over on the rocks (I used to go to O'Hare, so I recognized her :))

I usually put shoe rosen on before dancing on this type of floor :)

  • Work on your rocks. Close your knees, pull up and squeeeezeeeeee.

What level were these dancers? Prizewinner?

  • yes ... open / prizewinner... this video is from over a year ago, so they are all improving quite nicely too : ) THANK YOU FOR COMMENTING!!

  • @MedicatingPerfection Work on my rocks. Open your legs and squeeeeeeeze....

I have this cool black Irish trick to show you. It's called the dirty Sanchez.

  • That was great - the sound was lovely!

Maybe a tad sloppy but really, really good!

  • nice sounding clicks and taps

  • uhmmm, maybe practise the rocks. dont forget to squeeeeze from the waist down (: it was great otherwise :D

  • amazing love there solo costumes im looking for one like that for myself for irish dancing feis

  • that's interesting ... I've not heard them called 'heavy shoes' ... I looked them up on the Rutherford site - there they are shown as 'jig shoes' ... maybe it's a North America thing (hard shoes). Thks :)

  • Yeah, they are called heavies and sometimes they are even called hornpipes (the hard shoes)!

  • Thanks!

  • Oh My God.!!

    dat dance way DEADLY!!

Im kinda hard to please in irish dancing based on steps but de first to dancers were AMAZING!:D:Dxx

  • I step dance but I can't dance on linolium because it could damage the floor, not to mention my taps! I don't do this sort of step(I perform ottawa style)but it's always interesting to see all the different kinds there are.

  • what school are they from?

  • Flanagan-O'Hare, in Michigan...

  • u girls looked beautiful! and i belive the songs came from Lord of the Dance

  • the first two girls have PERFECT TIMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • So they don't wear wigs? At all? Who do they dance for? Lol. I hate my wig it's very itchy, they're lucky.

  • Well... they still wear wigs at all feissana, this was a special performance at a senior's assisted living complex, so their teacher said the could go w/out the wigs... Thks for your comment :)

  • id say theyd be better if they had more room and dat . but there CLASS ! really good ryhtm !

  • wow is all i can say!

  • Good rhythm but watch your carraige. Good Job well done! x

  • you guys look awesome!!! do you know what the name of the song at the end is?

  • The song I used for the 'credits'? It is "Along with the girls" by the Corrs

  • I actually meant the reel that the 4 girls danced to. i should have been specific. sorry!

  • The song is called "Warriors" from the Lord of the Dance CD.
