I think these Zakus look better than the UC Zakus since The Warrior and the Phantoms look a lot more sleek than the UC ones, and the Shields look more awesome than the boards that are just stuck on the UC ones. And I like how they gave them Beam Rifles instead of the throwaway Machine Guns that hardly seem to do any good. That's just me though.

@YuseiDWheeler Remember that in the UC era, the Zaku II wasn't meant to be a MS fighter, since the Earth Federation never made one until the event at Side 7. The Zaku II, if you can reference to Germany during WWII, were like the Mk III and Mk IV Panzer Tanks, never really meant for head on attacks, just for quick blitzkreig assault to cripple the enemy before they can recover from countering. I will admit, the Zaku Warrior is very better in design, but I'm retro, so I'm sticking with the old.

i think they perfected the zaku in stardust memory the zaku II F2 is my favorite by far but i still love the original but the ones from gundam seed destiny.. what to say about them...

It's the Blast Impulse. Prime used a blast impulse , 1/144 FG and a sword Impulse 1/144 HG and he coloured it to be come a blast impulse. Then he just put the backpack from the FG onto the HG =)

i think in the show, the axe is INSIDE the shield, and athrun pulled it out, so it also had the extra things on it. and those extra things are like extra ammo

I like the zaku warriors in seed destiny,I did a review for the 1/100 scale.I want to get the zaku warrior phantom 1/100 to complete the team.I see it doesn't come with the extra upgrade like 1/100 scale.

zaku's always look nice in HD ^_^

though im not exactly a big fan of seed/destiny i am a fan of their zaku designs with the hi-zack in the 2nd...but now that i think about it i think these zaku's were based off of the hi-zack

Having two ways to articulate it on the shield is pretty cool. The only Seed Zaku you need now is Heine's Phantom Zaku, which is Ray's but orange.

sadly I don't think they ever released a HG Slash Zaku. Shame since it had a nice battleaxe.

I've been wanting to get a Zaku of late (Gouf too). Most of all, I kinda want Bandai to make an MG Zaft Zaku..
