this isnt magic, hes using a cycle method to place all the pieces after hes oriented them...the world record for memorization and solving is about 50 seconds or, so set by a 14 year old from Hungry. It is possible to learn this technique in a few weeks or months if you practice a lot however it takes years to master. This guy is a master.
