Ummm... Darrius Heyward-Bey of UMD ran an official 4.23 as a freshman in 2006. And he's actually a decent size for a WR. Too bad he gets doubled & tripled cause the Terps don't have anyone else at WR. At 5'5", this guy is WAY too small to play WR in the NFL. Maybe a good return man, though.

I love the way this guy is the shortest son bitch out there and he sons everyone once he turns that corner. Being 5'5 and blazing everyone is one thing, but he's 159 lbs. If he had another 60 somethin pounds on him, and still had that 4.25 speed, lords knows that Heisman trophy would be callin that little ass to New York one year. But he needs to be a bit heavier and he'll be able to play the downs and get the stats he deserve.
