I have used Live Meeting for 2 years and never experienced that issue. Microsoft only requires (they say) a 350 kbps connection, 250K for video, 50K for audio and the rest overhead. Microsoft is using a clever "active speaker switching" technology so only one person is transmitting video at a time. So, it's all about bandwidth, computer horsepower, etc.
What video camera are you using and what is the screen resolution + video res you are trying to use? Is the video camera USB 2.0?
How come the webcam lags real bad when using this program? It is fine just using the webcam alone, but once you use it in this program it lags bad. Any suggestions?
