I saw this vid like two years ago on Stumbleupon, this was before they'd even finished making the full physics engine for the actual game!

It was done in real life because they hadn't actually got any proper game footage or even CGI clips made yet!

From the perspective of those around him, he's either moveing incredibly fast (Timeslow) or seeming to teleport, vanishing and appearing instantly somewhere else (Timestop). Timereverse would be similar, except that he would simply appear out of no where rather than teleport, probably where he came from when he first appears
