@daydreamer187 They want something like 1920 x 1080,, even though, photos were only manageable at that size,, back then. We were still shooting video at no better then 720 x 480. Some video equipment went no higher then 640 x 480, and there were also some which only had a res, as high as, VCD. The higher media, are the only ones who could even afford such high quality.

In a way though, it's still fun watching them making these sick claims.

PROTIP: Whenever you try to zoom in on a video to get some kind of evidence from it, zoom in on the original video, NOT ANOTHER YOUTUBE VIDEO. At least half the things people make such a fuss over in these things are actually artifacts left by (repeated) MPEG compression.

On that note, the color difference can be explained by improper white-balancing. Professional news cameras (pre-2004) needed to be calibrated to show colors properly. As this was breaking news, there was no time for that.

There were not thousands of witnesses to plane crashes and the ones who claimed they were have serious flaws in their stories. There were witnesses who reported seeing a missile as reported by Dick Oliver on the street, he was overridden by studio anchors who showed an image of the explosion with the banner completely covering the "plane".

NTSB database states that AA 11 and 77 didn't fly that day and those planes weren't retired until 2002, flight 93 was reported to have landed in Cleveland(by the mayor).
