umm the from the mission on calm lands where you catch all the species etc i thought you get an aeon and where do you get the weps from lolz =]?

If you catch everything, you only get some items and access to some secret bosses....

For the weapons and aeons, just look on gamefaqs....they don't have almost anything to do with the arena though, or it doesn't take longer than 20 minutes.

How do you hit so high and how did you open the chest from the mission to get the aeon?

Celestial weapons ignore defence, unfortunately that doesn't work for overdrives - around the 120 strength mark, the power goes up significantly with every strength boost.
