  • I love your video ;) killer whales are really big animals that we all must understand them. And working with them must be wonderful!!!!

  • YeHVaH made these whales magneifesent animals .

  • that is a cute video.i love orcas

  • honestly please dont say shit just cause your parents tell you what they think is true thanks cause i have four family members that work at sea world and the animals are treated so good so just because you see it on tv and your mommy or daddy or some animal rights group tells you they keep them hungry doesnt mean you need to run your mouth, and even if thats what your tiny unintellegent mind believes then go do something about instead of posting it on a youtube video you cowardly worthless loser

  • @Emily364591 Yeah I get what you mean :) I heard bad shit about Seaworld but honestly I rather trust my old friend over the stupid media because she is obsessed with sea world and I haven't heard anything bad. ANyway Orkid is my fav Orca :D

  • i love going to seaworld i went twice in california and florida Great trick show they put on I always enjoy it

  • If orcas love their trainers, it is Stockholm Syndrome. How much would you love the person in charge of your food source? What would you do if you were hungry? They keep the whales and dolphins hungry on purpose in these parks to ensure they perform. What kind of a bond is that?

  • @nerdessextrordinaire If you knew anything about orcas and sea world, you would know that isnt true. They get the food they need, and if the orcas didnt love their trainers, they would kill them. . If you want to tell me about facts about orcas in captivity, read about the facts before you tell me. I'm so tired about people who DONT know anything about orcas in captivity tell me things they believe its true. I'm takaraatako's new account.

  • @eniiline agree wid ya and tili (before the inccident) was preforming purelyfrom love as instead of training with food he just trains now with rub downs and love

  • @nerdessextrordinaire Yeah, sure. Thats why they give them lots of fish between every trick they do everyday! Hahaha.

  • cute

  • @freewilly2jesse Nobody is allowed in the water with Tilikum. In fact, that was the case even before the incident. Except now, no one's even allowed near his tank, lololol. For the rest of the orca family, it's a different story. Fortunately or Unfortunately, depending on what side of the fence you're on about it, it may not stay that way.

  • @freewilly2jesse i know. my youtube name is Keiko, because of him.:))

  • 1:34, BEST TRICK EVER!!!!!!!!!

    My favorite

I'm gunna get my masters in marine bio and then apply for seaworld, even if I don't get the job with killer whales I would still like to work with the dolphins ~R.I.P. Dawn~

  • i wanna be a trainer!!! <333

  • it is so cute

  • gay

  • orcas kill trainers

  • aww i love this video! :D great song 2!

  • tow of the whales had not deced=ided to perform at one of the showsa so the trainer spoke and told the audience about them and they were still loved and fed no matter what even if the did not perfrom they were still played with too.

  • How do you know the orcas love the trainers?

  • Orcas kill sharks, seals and so on. Why not their trainers? Because they love their trainers. Do you get it? I'm takaraatako in a new account.

  • Not really, orcas have never attacked humans (except for the ones in captivity) not all orcas eat seals (such as the residents and maybe the offshores). Killer whales arn't really "killers." They are naturally benign towards people, theres no evidence that they love them.

  • @eniiline Exactly. Look at horses, horses can buck the riders off all they want but they don't, they love the rider XD

  • @14dlns

If the orcas didn't love their trainers, they would just attack them and then eat them. They don't do that.

  • Once again, orcas and all cetaceans are naturally benign towards humans. They do not attack or eat humans. Virtually all orca attacks on humans have happened in captivity.

  • @14dlns

But still, not all. and the ones that happen are because people disobey rules. And it rarely happens at all. Orcas and dolphins are aslo bred now and not captured in the wild.

  • @AquaEyedDolphin True, but because captive dolphins are still born with the same physical features as wild cetaceans, so they still have an instinct to hunt and they still have the energy and muscles to swim for up to 40 miles along with the ability to use echo-location as their most important sense.

  • @14dlns

I'm kinda lost now, what are we trying to prove here?

  • um...I think it was about the bond between trainers and cetaceans and I said theres no way to know if cetaceans love the trainers back...but then I brought captivity into it...my bad...

  • @14dlns

Lol, ok. But i still think if the ceracean animals didnt like the trainers, they could simply just not perform or just stay away from the trainer.

  • @AquaEyedDolphin I think what he/she's saying is that hundreds and thousands of years have produced certain instincts, movements, and intelligence, and being unable to use them causes undue amounts of stress, as it is unnatural. Imagine being restrained from doing things that are purely natural to you, such as being in a hospital and being fed through a tub. Only able to get up and walk during certain periods. Never being able to leave. Think about that for a minute.

  • @LauieChan Wow, this brings back the conversation about 7 months ago, I was confused when I got the message. But I get what she was saying, and I also get what your saying too. But I think there is a special bond between trainers and orcas. Have you gone to SeaWorld before? just a question.

  • @AquaEyedDolphin I'm not denying the fact that there probably is a bond between the trainers and the orca, though it's really no substitute for its family in the wild, one that it grows up with since birth. Not like us, where we leave eventually. And yes, I went to Sea World starting from when I was 2 years old. I've loved orcas since then, and I'm now 22, lol. I also volunteered to help a few dolphin trainers and got to see what goes on behind the scenes as well.

  • @LauieChan "Alone they are bereft of defense, and when alone they exhibit their own form of "co-operation" with those who might destroy them. In the case of the dolphin, it surrenders to us, a thing we mistake for gentleness. Having surrendered vital aspects of its survival equation when taken from the group, it is much less than a complete animal." Paul Forestell Ph.D.

  • @AquaEyedDolphin Not that I know anything about the bond between trainers and orcas, though I assume there most definitely is one, as social creatures tend to create bonds in general (see: Luna), but not attacking something doesn't exactly equate to love. Orcas don't attack everything they see, it's not in their nature. They're not aggressive. The same could be said of a lot of animals, but most people equate it to indifference, not love.

  • I also have a cute video on orcas in captivity, You could check it out, There aren't many views on it... yet :) thank you!

  • AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! :)
