But if I had to pick one of the above to betray Meredith, I'd say its Alex. Alternatively, they could be talking about a different secret/betrayal and the promo is just misleading us, as usual. So I'm still lost.

I hope Owen isn't yelling at Teddy that she's making a big mistake by leaving because Teddy going to Germany is my dream come true! That's probably what it is though. If they have him begging her to stay or have Cristina beg her to stay it will really take the fun out of the amazing telling off that Cristina gave Teddy at the reception. It was well deserved and WAY over due.
And I think it will be Alex that "betrays" Meredith.

She was an intern but she was doing surgeries that were fourth and fifth year surgeries. That's why she could come up with the minimally invasive surgery to repair Callie's heart because he taught her. Yes, he was a jerk but he was a brilliant surgeon. Shonda described that moment when Cristina took over in the OR as important because student surpassed the teacher.

Maybe Cristina is sometimes reckless, but in the scene Teddy is punishing Cristina for I don't think she was. Cristina had already discussed the technique she was suggesting with both Teddy and Owen. With Owen because he was the person in charge of Callie's care, not because he's her husband.

Teddy's method made Callie tank in the exact way Cristina said it would. She did it in front of Teddy, not behind her back, and didn't intend to exclude her.

I love Cristina, but she is not PERFECT. If their story is headed for a reunion it shouldn't be so rushed. Also it wouldn't be fair to Jackson if Lexie just bailed on him so easy. Ha, it looks like I have grown fonder of their relationship than I thought.
