  • bubbles is cute!

  • i <3 BUBBLES!!!

  • This is what they do with those whales, in the faroe islands :(

Please thumps up, so everybody can see this ):

    /watch?v=smkPdW0lY3E

  • Funny how Sea World masks the fact they're merely a circus for marine animals by calling tricks "behaviors." These animals do not belong in captivity.

  • @peepchick101 they call them behaviors because they are natural BEHAVIORS that they do in the wild!

  • @roxann7699roxy They can call it whatever they want but in the wild a dolphin doesn't do a triple backflip, an orca doesn't "alien" out of the water spitting it everywhere, and a pilot whale has no reason to surface on the land doing "present." These are tricks because they are modifications to things the animals *can* do but likely would never have any need/want to do in the wild.

  • @peepchick101: So after 40 years of living in captivity and depending on people, do you think Bubbles should just be "released" into the ocean! That's quite an ignorant thought!

  • what time does the narwhal bacon?

  • I hate you sea world, let that whale be free.

  • @TheDurbin123 ok, if you can not be nice to a place like sea world that rescues and rehabilitates more marine mamals than anyother zoo and aquarium combined, then do not bother watching their videos and making stupid comments like that one, you know that these whales can not be released because they are too dependant on humans and besides they are better off here at sea world anyway where they can get the best care that they need!

  • @zorca23 then when all those whales die stop getting more, see you people think sea world cares about the animals, but if they really did why would they imprison them like so? Its all about the money.

  • @TheDurbin123 they need to make money so they can take care of the animals, and they have a breeding program setup so they never have to capture animals from the wild

  • @zorca23 So your saying its okay to sacrafice some to help others?

  • @TheDurbin123 really? What kind of ignorant idiot are you? "let that whale be free?" She has been in Captivity the majority of her life (40+ years). She has relied on people, she hasn't had to hunt or evade predators. Do you really think she'd be able to survive and be happy? Her humans are her friends, her companions...you want to take that away from her? She is safe at Sea World. Safe from predators, safe from oil, safe from environmental change. Leave Bubbles ALONE!!!

  • you should do Jozu :D

  • she has such a square head :)

  • @majaorca100 bubbles or Kritsti?

  • i thought i won't get wet in a dolphin show coz they're too small to make the shamu splash. but then the pilot whale appeared out of nowhere as a guest!! there goes my 2nd set of dry clothes =) was fun.

  • The discomfort to the animal can be great and permanent injury is only avoided by the trainer recalling the animal to the water in time.

  • When dolphins beach themselves in the wild, they do so because they are sick, disoriented, injured or otherwise in some kind of distress. Many of the beached animals die from the resulting pressure and damage to their internal organs. A captive dolphin that lifts itself out of the water and onto a platform or stage has been trained to beach itself on command. SOURCE WSPA

  • @gally50 actually some dolphins use the beaching method to catch small fish. source Brookfield Zoo's dolphin research department

  • Seaworld support the Dolphin Massacre that is happening in Japan they buy their dolphins from there and the unwanted dolphins are slaughtered. Seaworld=demons.

  • @scratchaholiks SeaWorld does in no way support dolphin slaughter. It is illegal to import wild animals into the United States of America. Get your facts straight.

  • @scratchaholiks actually they dont most of the animals they have there are botn at sea world and they havent purchased a animal in a very long time. it is in every way illegal in the united states to extract marine animals from the wild and especially illegal to purchase them from japan. so maybe you should research before you say stuff like that

  • Can Seaworld educate?. If you attend a SHOW, you will learn that a whale can carry a trainer across the pool, jump trough hoops, flip their tale and wet you. On the other hand, if people were to take a boat ride and observe them in their natural environment, they may learn how these magnificent mammals interact in their complex social networks, and about their migrating patterns, or even see their amazing altruistic behavior within their species. Seaworld educational... ridiculous.

  • @truth2748 well actually they are pretty educational if you really look at it they always tell you numbers of facts. you can watch the animals getting fed and playing with each other. there are exhibits everywhere with facts and information written on every little bit of area.

  • @Cranma5678 Sure, when you go home after visiting this concentration camp, you can't wait to talk and tell everyone about the facts and figures, which you probably don't even remember. This is just plain and simple entertainment for the anthropocentric human vermin.

  • Pilot whales aren't ugly - they're beautiful, unique marine mammals. They're incredibly strong and intelligent. Just because they aren't as glorified and well-recognized as orcas or bottlenosed dolphins doesn't mean they're ugly.

  • Pilot Whales are ugly.. but they seem to be really sweet :) great vid

  • @YUPnNOPE I don't think they're ugly, but their shape isn't as aerodynamic as other cetaceans

  • Now its the captive whales that are the lucky ones.. they have 0 chance of encountering the oil spill

    Way to go Bubbles!!

  • It would be amazing if you did profiles on the other Blue Horizons stars too, I absolutely love this one :)

  • I love SeaWorld

  • i have always loved Pilot Whales. I first saw one in the 70s as a small child.

  • just this video has made pilot whales one of my favorite marine mammals, behind belugas and orcas

  • Amazing! I didn't know Pilot Whales even lived that long o.o

  • Isn't Bubbles the oldest -cetacean- in captivity? Caught in 1966 I think...I can't think of any around that are older than that. She seems sweet like a sweet ol' gal.

Love this video! I don't think the pilor whales get enough attention...people are all about the bottlenoses, or orcas.

  • @Muntasiful i think lolita the orca at miami seaquarium is around the same age :)

  • @Cranma5678 Lolita was captured in 1970, and Corky II, who lives in San Diego, was captured in 1969. :)

  • How can you not love the oldest pilot whale in captivity? She's gorgeous =D

  • Amazing

  • Soak Zone Beware: This girl can hit all the way to the top!

  • awwww bubbles is so adorable :D i love that hydro move :D

  • that hydro was sick!

  • I remember Dolphin Discovery lol

  • Cute!
