i call em "dead"locks and i take mine out about every 2 weeks. wash it (water or fago your choice) let it chill for a few days and then just twist them. you can also do different designs with it. i figured out how to do it in a pentagram. there are so many different ways to do it. had mine almost 10 years and i can change it up alot.

when its longer put strips of leather and wrap it around your hair, then put the rubberbands on top of the leather the leather keeps it tight and sturdy so i hope that helps

That's not bad. need more towards your tip though pull all but the bottom rubber bands barely and to wash it you leave it in for a few days then full it down to the base rubber bands barely any shampoo and dry em one by one apply your bands again and your good..but overall you have it well down homie. whoop whoop!!

I just got my hair did in spider legs. What u have to do is shave the sides and bac. Then get some gel or W/e. & put about 6 squares in ur hair. and put a ties at the "end" Then take a black "Rubberband" & keep wrappin it up to the top and I put a tye at the end so they wont bu Brake. And you dont grow em out and keep adding. Just take em out when they start breaking and get them redone. When ur done they should look ike Madrox. oh and u cant really wash it so just keep them in for like 2 days

when i do it i just use the rubber bands and place them far enough but close enough together so that it stands up and over like that....twist the sections though before putting the rubber band in so the hair holds together and you dont get like stray hairs sticking out.

Those aren't spider legs, but it does look badass, you might need to shave the sides of your head so it'll look better. Um, to take care of it, you can carefully wash your scalp and the base of the legs, but not the legs themselves. Hope this helped some.
