  • Who's the loser who wrote the description?? Half-Blood Prince is one of the best soundtracks ever made!

  • A lot of people think this movie might be the worst in the series. I totally disagree. It is so dark, and this music combined with the whole soundtrack capture that. It showed the internal struggles of all the characters, especially Malfoy, as this song shows.

  • this is wonderful :)

  • Man, with the music at 1:10 and the scene where Bellatrix enters Hogwarts with that sinister smile, I totally crapped my pants!

  • I admit it, I'm not that knowledgable on scores, and how each one bears the trademark styles of particular composers. However, I do believe that the Harry Potter soundtracks are quite beautiful. Dark, and sinisterly emotional.

  • Draco Malfoy is definetly the man...Favourite character by far!! His family were on the line and he had to kill Dumbledore to save them...He still couldn't do it because he had respect for Dumbledore..He even looked as if he was going to snap when Bellatrix trashed the Great Hall, Malfoy is a unknown character, and in the last book he grieves of his friends death, He's an all round brilliant character and is potrayed excellent by Tom Felton, Well done!

  • @LiveByTheCreed2010 respect for dumbledore, please re-read books 1-7 again.

  • No soundtrack has ever had so many tracks that have made me cry...except for Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.

  • Doyle's score is my favorite as well. It's got both epic and really emotional themes.

  • Hooper (and Desplat) had a vantage over Williams and Doyle. Both are HP fans and have read all the books and have their favorites characters. Williams and Doyle barely knew the books. Williams only readed the first book to his niece. But it's his fault for leaving the saga because he wanted to do Memoirs of a Geisha. Also, he though that Fawkes was the name of the hippogriff that Harry rides in the sixth film.

  • i have been trying to find this song for soooooo long and i cant believe i found it !! this is my favorite in the movie...LOVE HARRY POTTER <33333

  • I love this song it is beautiful! The movie is great too but tis soundtrack is so good and relaxing!

  • I must admit that I disagree a bit with you... while Williams certainly is epic, the music in HBP gave me chills the first time I watched the movie... and everytimes since. I keep listening to the soundtrack while doing my homework, and there isn't one song I do not like... but I guess that's very personal ;P Anyways, I'm really really satisfied with Hooper's work in this movie. For me, it couldn't have been much better....except of course for the lack of Hedwig's theme, which is a classic ;P

  • @Lilynettemiel Williams should stick to Star Wars, if you ask me. I could not help but compare Voldemort's theme in Sorcerer's Stone to Palpatine's theme. Hooper's score is very reminiscent of Danny Elfman (to me at least) which fits the transformation Harry Potter films have gone through.

  • @Lilynettemiel Every HP score was perfect for its respective movie :)

  • @Lilynettemiel i totally agree with you man

  • Love this song.

Draco Malfoy is the man. That bastard Voldemort essentially was punising with the task that he gave him to do... and punishing Dra's family too at the same time.

  • GO HARRY POTTER
