In response to the video description, it's a meaningless play, but it's a MASSIVE travel, and, no, they aren't really calling it, but it's a rule and should be called.

They called a travel cos once he picked up his dribble he shuffled both feet. You know about establishing a pivot foot right? Once u stop dribbling u cant move both feet.
