Terraria - Skeletron Prime Adamantite solo kill, epic hardmode boss

I managed to kill Skeletron Prime and The Twins using the hellstone trick, but the Destroyer didn't work. XD I guess I picked the wrong way to kill him: Use Mage hallow armor, and stupid accesories.

The way to beat skeletron? Well, there are three ways. The first way is the easiest: the hellstone strategy. The second is the old-fashioned gravity potion way. The last is for true hardcore players: fighting him without any buffs. Not even I would dare to do that, it's madness.

@tysontt1 there lies your problem i wouldn't recommend using any pre-hardmode weapons try using a repeater if your going ranged or the mega-shark

@Exshooter101 not exactly the best accessories id reccomend switching star cloak with cross necklace (stars won't help) and anklet of the wind with either ranger emblem or philosophers stone (can just use swiftness potion) if you really want to switch spectre boots with the third accessory but you don't have too

To be honest, the hardest part about Skeletron Prime is defeating him before dawn (where he uses the Dungeon Guardian AI and stats exept for the 9999 health)

I have megashark, 1250 crystal bullets, adamantite melée set, warding on all accessories. Accessories are Angel wings, specter boots, obsidian shield, star cloak and Anklet of the wind. Buffs are ironskin, thorns, grav and swiftness. Can I defeat him?

@Exshooter101 Yes and No. Alot of the winning or losing part is your own skill when it comes to skeletron Prime. Even if you have hallowed armor and all warding items you can still lose. Just make sure youre good with Grav potions and dont be scared and randomly shoot at his arms.

@Bl00dsnake Yiri did it with all 3 i tink its pretty easy you just need a platform about 25 bricks off the ground with another platform just a few blocks above the ground to jump around and needs to be really long (lots of preparations)

I actually cannot believe I killed Skeletron Prime with adamantite gear, The MegaShark, and Crystal Bullets like Yrimir is doing in this vid, the only difference is I had an Unreal one and my accessories had all their prefix's on them, while Yrimir didn't have any prefix's.7

And I didn't use grav potions (I never do, I actually do better without them, weirdly : /)

Damn it, that's as close to being as epic as Yrimir as I'm gonna get :-)

@Qwert5638 the meteorite/hellstone method works only when you have greater healing potions, wings, cross neckless and star cloak. philosophers stone is good too.

I actually find the Twins much more Harder. Due to my High Def, Skeletron Prime can hardly damage me. The Twins however, espically that Cursed Fire spitting one, giving me many troubles. Might be cuz i never use gravition Potions

i made a walkway of destiny trough the air, ran it while shooting to kill the twins. it worked after like 10 tries. now i fought skeletron prime on there. i didnt even have enough time. i survived the night, and it got day, so he hit me once, doing 5000 dmg. HELP.

You're badass with the grav potions, and using what tools you have to win is the essence of skill. That said, I wish we could mass burn every Gravity Potion and everytime someone uses one thereafter, Skeletron Prime's Vice would reach out of the screen and remove your head.

Skeletron prime isnt even that hard with the mega shark. I went into the battle fully prepared to die and I barely even got hit, hes very easy to avoid with the wings + spectre boots. Keep your distance and unload on him with the megashark (like Yrimir is doing) and you will be fine.
