you're not leaning out when behind cover & you're not doing 2 button firing (which shoots at double the speed). i played this again for the first time for ages yesterday and because people don't do these 2 things, i once again got to about 50 kills before anyone got over about 15.

In order to play this you need.

1: an Active steam account. ( free )

2: A halflife 2 Game. ( nowaday any will do cuz they give you Source SDK with everyone of em, i would suggest either Counterstrike "9,95 i believe" or Team Fortress 2 )

3: Then after you udated your steam and Source SDK ( its in your tools tab in steam )

You can download and install allmost every source mod out there including this one.

[Note] Some! mods requier Halflife 2 Deathmatch, Synergy even requires all HL2 games.

a few questions since these aren't stated on the site.

1 I don't see the co2 smoke out of the barrel when firing. will there be any? like a muzzle flash in FPS.

2 would it have aim down sight & No crosshairs?

3 it's probably impossible with source engine, but prone would be superb. wait they did that for DoF.

4 will gravity play a part of the bullet's path? this may be the most demanding thing to ask for.

5 lastly while running and gunning, how accurate will it be? like CS? or like BF2?

This game is not realistic at all. You can shoot someone like 30 times and it won't hit them. It makes paintball feel like a crappy sport.

Why doesn't everyone just go out and swap some paint, instead of pretending. its great exercise, and its way more fun than a counterstrike mock up. However great modeling work for the guns as well as bunkers/fields.

yes believe it or not I have. There is a concept of saving money to do things that one wants to do, if you want to play, save up change and play. Or you could get a job...not to mention I think just about every field has some rental equipment to loan. my argument is merely that this mod takes away the real thrill of the game. There are ways to get funds to play the game, finding them and getting them is the issue. Trust me, Real paintball is 1000000 times better.

if you want to play paintball, go to a field and rent a marker. this makes paintball look sooooo violent its not even funny. they show the paintballs as actual bullets on the screen and when you get hit, you see red. this is NOT what paintball is like so don't base your beliefs of paintball on this dumb game.
